Thanks for asking to answer this question. I have lived in Melbourne, the second biggest city in Australia for six years. As we all know, in recent months, Australia also is affected by corona virus outbreak. At the beginning of outbreak, federal government doesn't take thing seriously. But the Governor of Victoria starts to take the action against the coronavirus. I think that the staistics provided by Vic Gov is reliable, in Victoria, the movement restrictions is as serious as China. People only are allowed to go for a walk and keep 2 metres distance between each other, and go to the supermarket to buy some essential groceries. If someone breaks the rule, he will be fined at least 100AUD, or sent to the jail. Moreover, everyone must take a test to determine whether he gets infeceted. Victorian government take the Chinese pattern to Victoria. So, you would be suprised when you see the situation get better in Victoria. Victorian government does really well.
