个人觉得不大可能，从教育业来说，众所周知澳洲大学最大的吸引力之一来自于它背后的绿卡，一旦绿卡可以以如此便宜的价格出售，对澳洲教育产业的冲击是不可估量的。3万多也就是一年的学费而已，一个留学生3年本科或者两年硕士加上翻译，职业年乱七八糟的十几万都不止，澳洲政府不会对这么庞大的产业不管，杀鸡取卵这种事澳洲政府应该干不出来。以及投资移民500万四年或者1500万一年，父母付费移民至少五万，如果政府真的4万一张绿卡卖早被抢空了好么。顺便说一句，澳洲华人圈黑市上结婚10万雇主担保10万，这还是要担风险的。4万一张合法的，哪那么多好事。个人觉得绿卡要真是可以买，70万左右一张倒是差不多

为了每年几十个亿，而摧毁整个移民体系，这事儿太傻。。。
还是好好学英语，雅思4个8吧。。。
