澳洲移民法规定，在申请澳洲永居和工作签证的时候，需要提供过去10年中居住超过12个月的国家或者地区的无犯罪证明。
每一个无犯罪证明，从开具当天起，有12个月的有效期。

登录网址
登录网址之后，点击I have read and understood the instructions above 接受所以的条款，不接受就不能开始申请。接受之后，点击State New Online Application开始申请。
材料选择页
进入第2页，是收集100分的材料。
对于澳洲境内的毕业生，可以用护照 + 学生卡，就能凑超过100分。所以选择Foreign Passport (Current) 和Current (Australian) Tertiary Student Identification Card即可。
对于移民类的申请人，可以用护照 + 出生公证，也能凑超过100分。所以选择Foreign Passport (Current) 和Full Birth Certificate (not Extract) 即可。
个人信息页
进入第3页，是填写个人信息。

上传文件页
进入第5页，上传证明材料。
假设选择了护照和学生卡，点击Choose File之后可以上传相应的文件。
接受的文件格式为JPG、PDF 或者TIF并且不大于4MB。
选择完文件后，点击Upload Files，然后点击I have uploaded 100 points of identification documents and have verified that these are the correct documents之后， 点击Next进入下一页。
申请人信息页
进入第6页，填写申请人国籍、澳洲电话和澳洲驾照信息。

地址信息页
进入第7页，填写地址信息。
如果现居住在澳洲，则选择Do you currently live in Australia的Yes。

过去10年的地址，尽可能都填写进去，点击Add More可以继续添加更多地址。
全体信息确认页
进入第8页，确认全部填写的信息。
确认无误后，点击My name(s) and date of birth are correct和I have attached the following documents as proof of identity之后，才可以点击Next进入下一页。
最终确认页
进入第9页，再次确认信息。
点击 I understand that once payment is made, my application can no longer be amended and a refund will not be possible之后，再点击Next进入下一页。
付款页
进入第10页，支付无犯罪申请费。
只接受Visa、Master或者Amex支付，填写卡信息后点击Pay Now。
付款确认页
进入第11页，确认付款。
澳洲无犯罪的费用为42.14刀，包含了刷卡手续费，点击Confirm支付费用。
申请成功页
支付后会进入申请成功页。
NPC Reference Number就是填写签证申请，比如485毕业升签证的时候，需要填写的Reference Number。
AFP证书
在线申请完之后，会收到确认申请的email。
然后一周左右会收到申请成功的email通知，接着一周内证书会邮寄到申请人指定的地址。
扫描邮寄到的AFP证书，再上传给移民局，才算完成了整个流程。
